Really wonderful experience. Better service than I’ve received fdom 5 star hotels. Clean, comfy beds. The TV in our room didn’t work properly, and the staff addressed it right away- quickly fixing the problem. Will be back, and recommending to others when traveling to LA.

Great location..close to the 405 and 101 frwys. Staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were pretty comfortable. Towels were just ok. However, there is a definite lack of outlets in the room. I had to pull one of the beds forward in order to get to an outlet by the bed. Breakfast is all pre packaged food but will do in a pinch if you want to grab something quick. I didn't see an elevator so if you need one this place may not be for you.

I’m from OC and go to school in Sherman Oaks mondays and tuesdays. Decided to stay here monday to save time and gas on driving. Barely could get any sleep, there were loud bangs and footsteps all night. Bed was hard. After I checked out in the morning, they charged my card $22. For what??? Never coming back here.
