The staff was amazing my only issues were the parking. Paid 15 bucks and the parking lot was completely full. I was told by their security to park in the red fire zone... Another issue was I asked for extra blankets and towels that never came. The hotel is by the freeway so if you aren't a deep sleeper. Probably go somewhere else. The showers were odd as well

Cnstruction, no hot water, pool closed, breakfast closed. Nothing as advertised. I refused the room. They agreed to refund and said they arranged with Expedia. I am waiting to hear.

As soon as I got in the room, the heater was sauna like hot. It took almost an hour for an AC tech to arrive. After it was worked on, the tech reassured me that it was fixed and that I should wait 15 minutes for the temperature to drop. It never did drop but it was not as hot as it was and the room remained warm my entire stay. The front desk female clerk who I spoke with was nice enough to comp my parking but It was uncomfortable in the beginning. Since I called early on just right after check-in, I was hoping they could’ve offered me another room with a working AC unit to avoid the hassle of waiting for a tech to arrive to my room.
