Hotel Staff was great and free breakfast is generous. However, the rooms really need updating: remove the gross carpet and couches and the rooms would be much better. Also found two hairs, one and bathroom and one in the bed. Not good! Selvins next door is awesome: always good music, service, food and drinks.

Small rooms and paid parking are a bit of a bummer but the rooms are renovated in the last few years and the restaurant onsite is an advantage and also good ambience. Little gazebo in the courtyard too makes it a nice boutique feel. Very reasonable rates.

Best hotel ever! But the NIGHT staff front desk was the worst. One girl was laughing. And the other guy wouldn’t tell me his name. I was really calm with everyone. I am almost 60 years only. And been to many hotels at least 6 times a year or more and spend at least 2 days to 2 weeks a year. When I contact higher up…when I get a chance in regard to that night shift, except for the security guy. He was the only one that was nice. And the 3 police officers that came out were extremely nice.

Room had been smoked in, bath towels are too small, room was next to freeway and very noisy, mattress was terrible. Have stayed here before with none of the above problems except the towels. We come at least twice a year but will look for other lodging in future.

Updated recently but security needs to round the clock keep the locals from jumping fences onto the property and other locals from riding their bicycles down the halls in front of the room’s doors, almost hitting our 3 year old

The check in was pretty terrible. The girl, the younger one was not professional at all. Didn’t smile. Not friendly at all. When I asked questions about the hotel she acted like I was bothering her. I was asking her about the breakfast and she gave me a weird look. Now the next guy who showed up was not professional at all. I asked for security. And he said over and over what do you need? Very rude! When you ask for security usually you should have a sympathetic heart. If someone asks me to get security I would do all I can to help! The staff is very rude. When I talked to Jessica I asked for security and she said. He’s doing something for me. What kind of answer is that? So he’s doing a favor for her and can’t be bothered. Really? Then the security guy is her personal assistant. What is security for? For employees? What kind of place is this…. A nice place but horrible staff. I have never been to a hotel where ALL the staff were rude! And I travel a lot. No one cared. The rudest I would say was the guy! I asked him his name AND HE RUFFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME. What the heck! And he says he was the manager. So prior they he kept hanging up the phone. I called the front desk and the light on the phone turned off, plus I was asking for security a few times and he was rude and kept hanging up the phone. I kept having to call back. In the morning I’m going to call hotel.com. Btw, the Security guy WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS NICE! I will also talk to the manager tomorrow.
