"1. When I entered room was extremely hot and it takes couple of hours to cool down temperature because thermostat minimum temperature goes to 78 degree Fahrenheit only.
2. I was unaware that hotel will charge me $86 pet night for parking and no one at check-in told me. I got billed 2 days after check-out."
