I had forgotten my laptop and got emotional cuz all my school projects were in the laptop. I went to check with the customer service agent and he had founded, it made my day. Thank you for having so nice and wonderful people working at Delta. :)
I was happy with everything EXCEPT for 1 thing. It was either my fault or online booking was not helpful but I booked my flight on CheapTickets.com and I book it with my 2 small children (ages infant and 5 year old) and I didn’t know we were going to be separated! I was freaking out!! No where on the site it said we were going to be seated separate. Thankfully one of the stuff on the plane I don’t know his name but he helped us with the seating and we all sat together. But I’m so afraid on the way back if I have the same luck.
Thank you for accommodating my family of five people in the same row. I
the crew on my flight to Los Angeles were just amazing. I had the best customer service experience. Good job United!!!
I was so happy with all the help I will prefer Alaska Airlines when booking next trips
Thanks for helping me visit my family
First time flying with Alaska Airlines and very satisfied!
Outlets and WiFi
The TV should have been Free! More hot Lunches should have been available. They ran out of sandwiches very quickly! They should have been prepared for this Long flight with food, we should have had free TV. The wifi was Not good at all. The staff was great!
