Fantastic Staff. Great location. Stayed here to see a concert at the Dolby Theatre and it was so awesome not having to evening go outside to go to the show. Just walked right through the Ovation Mall and into the Venue.

Hotel was great overall and most of the staff was amazing! Great location and very quiet for being in such a busy area. Watch out for the bar…our waiter needed us to repeat our drink order 3 times (ordered 4 drinks), then charged us for premium drinks when we asked for well drinks. They tried to argue the point but eventually fixed the $40 in overcharge.

Staff was wonderful from the greeting from Milo the front doorman, to the bellman - Victor who brought my bags up to my room, the front desk staff were very welcoming as well. There was a little cafe behind the front desk area and the staff there were also very nice.
