This one is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely rude and lack basic customer service !! refusing to give me a refund that I’m entitled to. On top of all that, the lady that seems to be in charge is somehow conveniently never there when I call… which happens to be every day. I HATE THIS HOTEL!!! They could have made things right and they would have a customer for life, but since they decided to do me wrong, none of my friends nor family stay at this mediocre hotel with the worst staff I’ve ever encountered in a five star hotel

When I came to get my key there was ONE person manning the front desk with six very tired travelers ahead of me. This is appallingly substandard. Also the hidden fees are simply ridiculous. A $25 “amenity fee”??? 19% “service fee” AND $6 more for “convenience” for in-room services? Will never stay here again

Wish I could give 5 stars. Really like this hotel. The views are great and the rooms and suites are really nice. The reason I deducted a star is the sofa bed. Unbelievably uncomfortable. You can just look at it and see how bad it is. If you dont need to use one then you’re good to go. If you do need to use it then you’ve been warned.
