I stayed in September for a Lady Gaga concert. Picked this hotel based on it being walkable to the venue, and to a nearby metro station. The hotel was very nice. Room was super small and thankfully I was a solo traveler. The biggest issue with this hotel was parking. It’s first come first served and not a guarantee you’ll get a spot. That was extremely frustrating to have to find your own parking. There is a garage next door but they aren’t open every night for overnight parking so you risk your car getting stuck there. Staff member Sonia did her best to accommodate me with parking since I was staying for multiple nights. She left notes for the next front desk worker to tell them I was next for a spot, and it was ignored and all spots were given away. Again, Sonia was the only one to attempt to make it right. I’d only stay at this hotel again if I was going to the venue for a concert AND I was flying into town. Not worth the stress of parking.

nice renovated building near the United Center. walking was convenient to watch basketball game. There were 2 Mexican restaurants nearby and that was it for dining options. The nearby bar was closed by 9:30 p.m. Not much to do in the area. Parking was a bit confusing.

The staff was helpful. The room was very small and had only the bare necessities but the cleanliness of the room was great. The bed was awful! It was like sleeping on a brick. We were so uncomfortable we barely slept. There's no star rating for comfort, maybe there should be one.
