I was attracted to this hotel based on the location, conveniently directly next to the Willis Tower and a short walk to Union Station. Service was great, thankfully we were able to check-in around 10:30am which was much appreciated. Facility was clean and inviting, I would stay here again.

I chose this hotel based on its “wonderful” reviews on Expedia, but unfortunately my experience was somewhat disappointing. The room was not very clean. There was visible grime on the bathroom walls and baseboards, and the towel rack and toilet paper holder repeatedly fell off. The hot water never got truly hot; even after maintenance checked it, we were told this was the maximum temperature allowed due to a city ordinance. The TV also wasn’t working when we arrived, though it was later fixed. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very nice. I just wish the room had reflected the same level of care as the rest of the property.
