"We chose this house because it has a pool heater . We knew that in April a pool without heating is too cold . So that was wonderful . Aside from the pool , we enjoyed the roof terras with a wonderful view of the ocean . The beds were very clean and smelled fresh . The price is absolutely correct for this house . It’s well maintained and roomy and has a nice smart tv . The host is very responsive to all. Definitely would return and recommend ."

"We are just back home after an amazing week with our 3 children. Jean Luc is an absolute amazing host with great communication before, during and after. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could ask for. It is extremely clean, well maintained with regular pool maintenance. It was extremely secure which gave us peace of mind with having 3 children in the house. Jean Luc arranged a restaurant booking for us at Oasis for my wife’s birthday which was amazing! "We loved the pictures and location of this home. We were traveling with our family to celebrate milestone birthdays, anniversaries and events. We chose Javea because my Scottish grandparents had retired here in the 1960' until late 70's. We kept this property a secret until we arrived. We wanted the family to be surprised and they certainly were!! From the drive to the address, catching glimpses of the sea, to the entry from the road....they were all excited and in awe of the beautiful landscape and plants. Enterring the house was overwhelming because it was even more beautiful than the pictures. The view is breathtaking from every room! This house is like a resort and we felt like celebrities to have such a wonderful space all to ourselves. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our time here together. We found great grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes to 20 minutes drive. We went to Valencia twice for a paella cooking class and silk scarf painting class. We went to surrounding beaches amd exploed some of the rocky coasts. During our stay, Isabel was in contact with us frequently and the check in and check out was very simple. There were suggestions for restaurants and lots of information about the area. I highly recommend this home and I cant wait to return!! "Villa Pep exceeded all our expectations. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this was by far the best. The communication from start to finish with owners Jackie and Andrew was second to none. They sent pictures and videos on the accessibility of the villa and even on the day before arrival a video on how to use the BBQ. We were greeted on arrival by the local hosts Tracy and James who were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on the local area and they left us a Welcome Basket. Our daughter is severely disabled and the villa was perfect for her needs. There is step free access from the rear of the villa and so much space around the pool. Inside the villa there was also plenty of space to accommodate her wheelchair. The layout of the villa meant we stayed upstairs with our daughter and had our own bathroom, while my parents stayed downstairs with their own ensuite and privacy. The pool was clean ( and cleaned throughly by a lovely local pool man) and perfectly postioned for afternoons in the pool or on the sun loungers. We spent a lot of time by the pool, breakfasting on the outdoor dining table and pre and post dinner drinks on the outdoor sofa. The location of the villa meant we were able to walk to 5 local restaurants and it's only a 10 minute drive into Javea. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we are definitely booking again for next year. We couldn't recommend this villa more."
