"Absolutely in love with this villa. Clean, modern, bright, airy, spacious, kitchen well equipped, beautiful pool and grounds with an amazing view. This property has a curved room with an all round view of the sea, large sliding windows which makes a perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise which we did every morning. Would love to stay again!!!"

"Well equiped villa. Pool was great for the children. Air con in bedrooms a life saver. 10 min drive to lovely sandy beach and Javea town. Only downside was the biting flies/mosquitos which seem to inhabit the area (can't blame owner for them but they were a constant menace)"

"Found out 3 days before depature there was a seperate very large cash fee, due on arrival for linen, cleaning and a check in fee. this came as a shock as nothing stated this on the villa advert, or atleast in english. Upon arrival my fiance and myself were given 2 single beds in a double frame, with 2 single duvet covers. When the caretaker was questioned, he replied, this is normal?? I asked the host 4 times if they could fix this to atleast a double sheet and a double duvet, to which i was ignored. This is unacceptable. We were told there may have been issues with the electric, but if it goes off, just turn the mains board off, and back on again. At 8pm on our first night, we lost all electric. Power was not restored untill 11 am Monday, as the host thought it acceptable to not call an electrician out untill monday, leaving a family of 4 with a teen and a 5 year old with no power all weekend. Half of the outside lights do not work, half of the inside lights do not work. Every appliance is atleast 30 years old, and tatty. Tv was broken, and when we informed the host, again we were ignored. The air conditioning does not work in any room either. The stairs to the roof terrace are a hazard, as many tile edges are broken and sharp. We had to contact the caretaker to request the pool was cleaned as it was murky on arrival and deteriorated quickly. The host tried to charge us for a bbq that was already broken. The list could go on, but I dont have enough characters. Bad experienc"

"We rented this villa for a week in September and had an amazing time! The villa is beautifully decorated and there is everything you could possibly need - we have never stayed somewhere with so much glassware and crockery! The outdoor area is lovely and the pool is the perfect size. The only little issue we had was a lack of sun umbrellas - there was only 2 and a lot of our party like full shade. Someone did come round after contacting the host but unfortunately due to some of the umbrella bases being broken they were unusable. We needed a travel cot and there were 3 in the villa but unfortunately they were slightly damp and mouldy but still usable after a bit of a clean! Neither of these issues made our stay less enjoyable and we had a brilliant week in the sunshine! I would recommend having a car as whilst the location is lovely and quiet it is off of main roads which don’t always have pavement so not the safest to walk along and is a fair distance from the main areas of Javea."

"We stayed at villa crystal for two weeks in august 2023 and the area was very relaxing with stunning scenery. The villa was faultless it had everything you could possibly need (a true home from home) we were greeted by the property manager (pepe) who was very friendly and helpful, the villa has beautiful panoramic views of the ocean where you can relax and take in the views, the pool is very clean and big enough for a swim for the whole family! If your looking for a villa to stay at in javier region cant go wrong staying at villa crystal you definitely will not be disappointed it is fantastic in every way possible!! we would love to stay again very soon."

"We stayed here as a group of 6, my family (2 adults, 2 children) and my parents. Communication is second to none. Any questions and issues are Swiftly answered, We kindly requested groceries which were there, refrigerated on arrival. Villa is clean, and there is everything there you need. Pool was heated so was absolutely perfect for the kids and just steadily cool down. Facilities are second to none and security is tighter than fort Knox! No chance of intrusion. Beautiful beautiful holiday home! A place that is actually cared for as their own property rather than a rental villa that is purely a moneyspinner. Even when we were there the owner was in contact making sure everything was okay. And information pack was within the documentation showing what was around and places to visit. I honestly cannot recommend this villa on the whole enough. To stay in a villa that's got all relevant amenities and owners who care about your experience. Is absolutely invaluable. me and my family WILL be back. And wouldnt hesitate to rebook in a heartbeat. 100/10. Many thanks!"
