- Colectivos: shared vans along the main avenues, practical and cheap for nearby trips
- Bicycles: rentals available, with bike paths linking key spots
- Car rental: free street parking outside the property; convenient for day trips to the Riviera Maya
- Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 20-25 minute drive

Other Things to Note:
This studio is located in a condominium with shared common areas, so you may occasionally hear ambient noise from other guests, animals, or the street.
Before arrival, we request a photo of a valid official ID for each guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations, to keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, local dogs, geckos, small insects). We care for the environment and ask you to respect them; please do not leave food open outside.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Additional cleaning or replenishment is available at extra cost.
For proper A/C performance, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set the temperature below 21C.
