This 56 m² suite offers the most independent experience at Casa Jurel, with its own private entrance from the street and a spacious 28 m² patio facing the trees of Jardín Jurel.
Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed, a dedicated desk, Smart TV, and blackout curtains for restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area let you cook and enjoy your meals with ease, while the extra-large bathroom includes softened water and all essentials for a relaxing shower.
Whether you're staying a few days or several weeks, this space is ideal for remote workers, executives, or anyone seeking comfort and freedom in the heart of Cancún.

Guest Access:
You’ll enter your suite directly from the street through a secure private door — no need to pass through common areas.
Once inside, you’ll have full access to your patio, kitchen, bathroom, WiFi (5G, up to 70 Mbps), Smart TV, and air conditioning. Your space is completely independent, but you’ll still be supported by the Casa Jurel team throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Casa Jurel is located in Supermanzana 3, one of Cancún’s original and most peaceful neighborhoods, designed by urban planner Mario Pani with a vision centered on walkability, green spaces, and community living.
The “supermanzana” system allows you to walk safely between streets using tree-lined pedestrian paths, avoiding large roads and staying surrounded by nature.
This area offers a quiet, authentic side of Cancún — filled with native vegetation, local wildlife, and community parks like Jardín Jurel and Jardín Robalo, which we actively help to restore.
This is more than just a location — it’s home. I was born and raised in this neighborhood. My childhood footsteps (and even handprints) are still marked in the concrete. It’s a place that has shaped who I am, and I’m always happy to share it with others.
