The hospitality of the hotel was exemplary. The staff were very friendly and polite with the willingness to help. My wife and I are vegetarian and there were enough food choices for us. The quality of the food was very good especially Lorenzo. The butlers Alejandro and Yael were amazing and made the stay brilliant. Staff around the pool were efficient and friendly like those in the restaurants. Would stay there again. By the way, the views of the ocean are unforgettable

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish, and the entire hotel was spotless, truly one of the cleanest resorts we’ve visited. There were plenty of fun events and activities each day, which made the trip even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the Italian restaurant and The Den. The team there especiallyJorge, German, Evendly (spelling?), and Victor made our meal feel memorable. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and honestly some of the best we experienced at the resort. We also booked through Amstar, and they made everything so easy. Excursions were well-organized, and the transportation to and from the hotel was seamless. Overall, we felt completely safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for during our stay. Highly recommend! 💙🌊

The staff was great and views were fantastic. However, it is false advertising to label this resort as adults only. The Turquoize building was adults only and that is where it ended. All pools, all beaches, all restaurants (except 1) were shared. The noise was insufferable. There wasn't a single quiet space on the entire resort grounds. Even the "adults only" pool was just a section of the main pool roped off. I have stayed at resorts that had an adults only side and a family friendly side that were completely separated. This was not the case at all. We were hoping for a relaxing couple of days away but unfortunately did not receive that.

5 Stars for America and Helen. 4.5 stars for the other services and 3 stars for events. You must remove "Adults Only" from the resort detail when you guys share pools, beach, restaurants, and everything with other buildings who have kids all around. This is the major reason we are not coming back to Turquoise.

I think this is a 4.5 star property. Location is great with 2 beaches, great views and little seaweed. Staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and engaging. Room was nice. Great view, clean and comfortable. Dining option in the resort were far better than I expected. I'm a foodie and the menus, preparation and quality were the best I have had at al all inclusive in Mexico/Caribbean by far. Seafood was fresh and well prepared. Mexican option were great (although dumbed down for the American palette unfortunately, but forgivable). Drinks were very good as well made with real liquor and had great variety.

Lots of food options and great staff. Upon arrival, be aware that there may be marketing opportunities presented by a third-party company within the hotel, which somewhat wasted our time. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it ends with 'Collection.' Otherwise, everything else was amazing, and this establishment certainly does not hold back on quality. We will be back soon.

The Butlers Liliana & Helena were incredibly friendly and helpful and did an outstanding job making our stay a dream vacation! The Hotel was also very accommodating to our needs. The views were beautiful and the food was amazing. All facilities were very clean! We were disappointed that the infinity pool was under renovation, but we had a great time at the beautiful private beach, the Cabana and the pools!
