this place looks like it is falling apart . the food is super basic and the staff is no help . we were out of Ac for 2 days they ended changing us rooms and the bell desk was upset for helping us he started throwing our luggage around. the new room sheets were extremely dirty and full of hair . we complained and the staff told us it was cheap tickets fault because they control the Hotel. that is a lie I would never stay at this Hotel . the water park looks like its falling a part . we ended up leaving 4 days early going to another Hotel because this one was horrible

Many people say very negative things about All Ritmo but the hotel is absolutely great. Maybe its not the most modern but it has everything you need and is very clean. The food was also delicious and staff were very hepful and super nice. The best part was the room with a view at the marina absolutely stunning and very calming. Overall great place for a holiday on a budget!

Advertised wifi in the room, which there was not. You have to stay in the lobby to get wifi. Food was ok, very repetitive. (Same dessert every single day) Beach is beautiful but a big lack of chairs or seating. Beach loungers were very uncomfortable. Nice pools and not far from the airport

Secluded and great for quiet relaxing vacation. The 2 restaurants food is okay it’s better to just go to buffet for food. But restaurants give you the opportunity to dress a little better. Buffet is good with fruit and salad. The pool is spotless and inviting. Service is usually pretty good. Waterpark would be amazing for families but the floor in it needs renovation, it made the water look dirty and I did not go in. They maintain it and water is clean but I can’t get over the look of the floor in the waterpark.

Hotel needs love , the beach is dirty, not because the hotel they do a really good cleaning every day , but the hotel have a port next to it , and the workers of the boats do not disposed the garbage the correct way. The hotel food is limited but excellent, the proteins are very tender never dry. The entertainment is really good too.

We had an excellent stay! Pros: smooth check in, large room, food ar the buffet offered a wode variety and kids zone, highlight fresh made omlettes at breakfast and tacos at supper, staff were very helpful, game room, activities throughout the day: zumba, bingo, trivia. Cons: older hotel, seaweed at the beach, collection of garbage in pool.

The buffet lunch/dinner selection was limited. Many staffs had limited English language skill. Therefore many guests needed to use spanglish instead. I liked the old fashion Spanish/Mexican style decorations. I would still go, and recommend my friends to go to All Ritmo next time.

My first few nights i noiced i started to get sick, i finally looked up at my celiling and the walls. I noticed there was Black mold everywhere in the room, i told them. They asked me if i wanted to be moved (of course i said yes!) they moved me to my second room, there was small bugs running around on top of the bed until the finally upgraded me to one of the rooms they had avaible but at the other side of the resort (this issue took over 2 hours to fix). I tired to see the posivie side of things but im just glad i wasnt in a moldy room anymore.

All Ritmo was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly. Good was great. Jesus at the kids water park took great care of us. Thanks Jesus. Kept the drinks flowing while kids played. We would definitely come back to All Ritmo again. If you like small and intimate this is the place.

This resort was small for Cancun was a decent way from the center of town, so not too much traffic to worry about. Food was fine, and drinks were great. Timing for food was a little weird, 7-10:30 for breakfast, 1-3 for lunch, and 6-10 for dinner. Many times I would find myself hungry without anything open. Beach was very nice and clean, activities were about every hour and engaging. Rooms were clean and worked for what we needed. In all, for the price I feel as this is a great option for most people looking for a little more quiet of a place.

There was no beach chairs out. We could not hang out at the swim up Bar as they allow kids in it. and you are constantly gets splashed and pool water in your drinks. As well the Drink making skills at this resort were quite poor, did not make slushy drinks and not muck for different kinds of drinks

This is definitely more of an authentic feel! I liked that it was away from the cancun hotel zone. Hotel is older which makes you feel more "mexico" We enjoyed our stay. The buffet is the same most days, but there is local restaurants around which we enjoyed. I mean given the price point that was a given. Staff was friendly and hard working.

My family had a great time the kids enjoyed the waterpark. House keeping was daily. Staff friendly and accommodative. Caribbean restaurant had the best food. Other restaurants food needed seasoning. Drink mixes were diluted and the bathroom needed minor repairs.
