The resort is beautiful. The room was lovely and the beach was excellent. The big problem was the food. It was mostly cold and not very good at all. Very disappointed in that.

I loved everything about this place .Well except that the family side was way more fun then the adult side.Like why would I wanna hear caribien music .im in Mexico but the family side was playing Spanish music .Were in a Spanish country.

Good overall, but the pool isn’t heated, and the A/C in our room wasn’t very effective. The hallways to the rooms felt gross. Dirty carpet and smelled. Great beach view and access. The food was good.

Overall had a good experience Food in Buffet was a miss but the room service and restaurants on property compensate for that. Concierge in the lobby tries to sell you a time-share sort of presentation for free SPA/pool side cabana experience which is bit annoying. Also most of the restaurant on property will not accept reservations you gotta be there at 5:30pm in case you need to dine in those
