The bar server at the pool was very nice, he always remembered our orders and made sure we had refills on a timely manner; so was the breakfast waiter Leo, and the waiter Carlos at Olive. The whole stay was very pleasant, I traveled with my husband and grandfather and we had a few incidents of them slipping when getting out of the shower (my husband even broke his eyebrow with the fall) so if I were to give any constructive feedback it would be to have some kind of anti slip mat, specially for the elders. Our overall stay was great, and the customer service was the highlight of it, everyone very polite and kind. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

My wife and I went to this property August 26th through the 31st. This was our honeymoon and we have nothing but good things to say. We ended up for a great deal upgrading and for the price it was well worth the experience. We had our own Concierge “Nacho”….who provided the ultimate experience. He deserves a raise…he booked our nightly dinners, had wine in the room, rose pedals in the bed was in frequent contact with us on his own time off. The Haven Riviera is beautiful…the staff is great…Pedro slinging the drinks at the main pool was phenomenal. I could go on and on but you must experience this for yourself…I’m not a person working for this company just a middle class Husbsnd and Wife from Michigan who will be back again next year! Thank you “Nacho” we will never forget the service and respect you provided!

We went for our honeymoon and decided to upgraded to The Serenity Club when we checked in which gave us an ocean front room and a butler. Denisee(our butler) alone, was worth the extra cost. She took care of every detail and then some. She checked in with us every day to see if we wanted coffee the next morning or room service. She also made our dinner reservations for the whole week the first night we got there so we knew what time and what restaurant to go to. We brought cups for our drinks and they didn't have dish soap so we asked her about it and she was kind enough to bring some from her home for us to have. Her customer service was amazing from start to finish. We also loved the serenity club pool. So quiet, great service and smooth tile bottom. We highly recommend this resort. A lot of others say the food is ok and I have to agree but every time we got room service it was amazing. Great experience and we definitely look forward to going back. Also the aroma around the resort was incredible- they have a signature scent and it was very relaxing. The only thing is this time of year the seaweed is pretty heavy and stinky so we didn't go to the beach much but with the options of 3 pools we were ok with it.

The property was sprawling lots of walking. Very quiet and serene very peaceful. Only draw back were very few dining options and the food was average.

The resort was about 15 mins from the airport, which was convenient. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly. Though our room wasn’t ready, but we got wristbands and could enjoy the amenities, and the room was available shortly after that. If you love pools, this is a great place; if you want a beach, look elsewhere (the beach isn't great, and there's a strong seaweed smell). The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC didn’t work well. Room service was fast, but the food wasn’t great. Buffet-style dining was average. I got food poisoning after sushi and spent most of the weekend sick. That really affected our anniversary trip. However, Lucy did a great job setting up the anniversary surprise in the room; everything was perfect on her end. Despite the issues, we enjoyed parts of the trip. Check out, though, was chaotic; keep your bags with you. they took our bags to check out, our ride came they refused to give us the bags without a tag from the front desk. showed him the receipts we checked out, but instead of letting me walk the 15ft to the desk to get the item, or them using the radio to verify the person held the bags, they refused to accept anything and just kept demanding the ticket from the front desk. even being sick, with everything that was pretty much my last string to pull.

I regret to report that my recent stay was profoundly disappointing due to several major issues. The resort is severely outdated, and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. However, the most serious problem was a encounter with a snake directly outside my room door, which raised significant safety concerns. Additionally, the beach was completely covered in seaweed and was not maintained or cleaned during our stay, meaning we were unable to use it at all. Given the lack of safety, maintenance, and usable amenities, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.

Amazing resort with great and friendly staff. Pools were well maintained. Plenty of food options however some restaurants better than the others. Our favourite was Satsu. Rooms were kept clean and spacious, with really nice views. Housekeeping made sure to stock drinks and snacks every day. Serenity lounge was really nice. Looking forward to go back to Haven riviera!
