Our experience at Haven Riviera Cancun was outstanding from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained with modern spotless rooms and a relaxing adults only atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The staff were warm, professional and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities are excellent from the stunning pools to the variety of restaurants serving delicious food. Every detail felt carefully thought out creating a truly memorable vacation. We’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip to Cancun.

Very nice all around the only downfall when we were there was the beach was not cleaned from the Sargasm, which we know is not something that can be fully controlled. However, we were five days in when a tractor finally went out to clean so at times the smell was very bad aside from that. We had a great experience great time, the concierge‘s were super great at getting us a taxi for when we would do our off resort excursions and sightseeing. 100% would recommend and would definitely go back.

We received a free upgrade to Serenity. The resort is beautiful. Second of many trips here. The hotel is clean, the staff is amazing, the food is great, the massage was the best one I ever had! Close to the airport so you don't spend a lot of time driving to the resort after just been on a plane for a while.

If you've never stayed at an all-inclusive before, don't come here. This resort will ruin your expectations. You'll never be happy anywhere else again. Everything was amazing. The service (especially our butler, Paco, and housekeeper, Romano), the pools, the beach, and the room were far above "the usual". The food was even pretty good, which it usually isn't at all-inclusives. We loved our time here and hope to return. The Serenity extras were worth it for us, but the whole resort is lovely.

This was one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at. The food was DELICIOUS, the staff was very very friendly and helpful, the pool was very nice and relaxing and not too busy, the activities were fun, the spa was amazing, I loved my massage. The rooms were beautiful and always well stocked and clean. The only negative thing about this resort was the beach, the water was muddy and there was a lot of sea grass, so we opted not spend a lot of time on the beach. This could have been because of the time of year we went though, October.

This was my first time ever visiting Mexico and I could not have asked for a better experience. Best birthday ever, all of the staff are fantastic. Huge shoutout to Julian for providing amazing service the entire time that we were there. The resort was beautiful, the food was fantastic. I would definitely stay again.
