We had to call to get the room made everyday and the cleanliness wasn't good , sheets were never changed. The balcony was filthy. The buffet was boring with the same food every day. and they try and sell you a discount package at check in and won't give you your room key until you listen to the offer, they try again at departure which is annoying.

Rooms are clean, amenities are great, staff is very friendly. I am not fully satisfied with the food in the buffet. I tried some other all inclusive resorts which have double the size of food items than moon palace. Also the beach access from Grande is not good. You have to travel a bit to get to the beach and on top of that beach is very bad to get in.

This family-friendly resort offers a variety of activities for children. The rooms are clean, but if you stay in certain buildings, the water smell pretty bad during showers. The resort is unable to address this issue unless you move to a newer building with a new water filtration system.
