The food was excellent with so many options. There’s top shelf alcohol available but you have to insist with the bartenders to get it. The suites are so spacious and comfortable. All the available things for kids to do are excellent, I just wish they had a kids club you can leave the kids at for a few hours. They have a daycare but only for kids up to age 8, we have a 6 and 11 year old so that didn’t work. Most staff were excellent, but we did have a few very rude bartenders (family pool) and buffet staff at dinner (Grand Buffet). The resort credits are pretty much useless (we got $150 credit but a simple facial at the spa is over $200 plus tax, and merchandise at the shops is super limited and you still pay 18% tax which equals what you would truly pay for the item anywhere else). The entertainment is absolutely terrible aside from the kids events through the day. They do hound you to schedule a timeshare meeting, calling the room as early as 8am. When I’m on vacation I don’t want to be woken up, we just unplugged the room phone!
We would return again if we take our kids, otherwise we’d try somewhere else next time.
