The staff were great and the property was very clean and well maintained. I would have liked to have seen more activities at the resort, but overall it was a very good trip. I would suggest to keep the pool bars and eating options open to at least 10pm.

This place is very peaceful and pleasant. The pools are beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is kind and pleasant. It reminds me of Cancun from It's glorious beginnings with a rustic charm. The stand out qualities are delicious food at all restaurants, the staff is very kind and very pleasant. The rooms are simple with a mini-fride stocked with beer soda and water, all included. The towel service at the pool was easy. Overall a great experience for my family.

Really clean, didnā€™t like that they didnā€™t have waiters in the pool areas. Everything closed at 10pm buffet was very limited the ā€œfancierā€ restaurant was not very good. Waiters in restaurant (buffet) were not very efficient not like other hotels that are very hard workers and hospitable
