"Lovely hotel to stay in. Rooms were welcoming and clean and the staff was top-notch. Our only complaint was finding out the pool and fitness room were closed for renovations and we had booked there for those amenities. The staff was polite and apologetic and tried their best to make things right (which I appreciate). Also...almost next door to the T and the Science Museum which were perks for us!"
