The first room has a musty smell. The lamp shades were burnt and rust in the table lamps. The toilet did not flush and maintenance attempted to fix it. We moved to the second room and the smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling. The bed spread had blood on it. There were holes in the walls. The air conditioner was not sealed in and the toilets are extremely low.

The room had a foul smell. Toilet stopped up. No staff available for cleaning, maintenance, etc. Made several complaints to front desk. Complained via email to management. The rooms should not have been rented at all. Several parties experienced the same thing. Very disappointed. Jet tub worked in my room, but not in the others.

Great Stay

The hotel was nice and clean. Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. The only thing I would change is break time being at 6 instead of 630 mainly because I have to leave for work at 630 and couldn’t have breakfast

Great location. Pool looked nice but did not get a chance to go in. Did not take advantage of breakfast. I needed to do laundry but the one machine was not working. The staf tried helping me and was able to provide me with the address of a local laundry facility. Did not like to go out for laundey after being out on the road 8+ hrs.

No help fron evening shift!!!

The first night we got there it rained and water was coming through the walls. No one from the hotel came to mop the water up. We were given towels and told to put them on the floor. We had to do this for three of the four nights we were there. Noone ever came to check on th issue. We had to go get the towels and mop the floors. I requested an accessibility room due to a broken ankle.. However, there was no tub matt and the shower chair did not fut in the tub correctly. I actually slipped off the chair onto the side of the tub. When i asked for another chair, I was told they didn't have
