Room lacked attention from last guests: bathroom counter was not wiped down (had toothpaste residue on top and in lavatory, shower same-soap residue and floor not clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. But, the most disturbing was the care of the Bathroom. So, I had to wipe down the counter and lavatory to use it. I did not take a shower because it was not clean and I felt I had to wear my shoes in the bathroom. I was too tired to ask for another room and the fact that the Counter Attendant (evening) was rude and not welcoming, I did not feel like dealing with her. Upon check, I asked for a receipt of charges and was told that it wasn't possible. Very disturbing stay and would love some sort of compensation. A bit pricey for the condition of the room.
