Upon arrival we appx 645pm, there was no one present at the desk. We had a concert to attend, so waited to check in after the show. It was appx 11pm when we checked in, didnt use the the room much more than rest. I did use the restroom once, the toilet flushed, then continued running all night. Once we woke in the morning we couldn't get the toilet to flush, as it was empty. We had hot water at the sink for appx 30 seconds, then nothing but cold. The shower never did get hot. I advised the front desk, and at check out was advised the manager would contact me about a refund. There was some water pipe work being done at the corner street of the hotel, Not sure this was part of the issue or not. I did hear the clerk on the phone while checking in the prior night, trying to explain to another guest how to get hot water as well.
