You can to go a convenient store (Lawson) and also at the same floor as the two train station (JR and Nankai). Airline check-in counters are also located on the 2nd floor. But if you stay in the South, the elevators do not stop at the 2nd floor. So you need to go through the Front Desk area, go to the North elevators to go up to the 2nd floor. That was the only inconvenience to be assigned to a room in the South."
