We always stay here when we visit Osaka, Staff has always been welcoming and great! The breakfast buffet is one of our favorites. So convenient when we fly is and out because we don't have to deal with carrying luggage through the city and or train system. we just walk across the way. 3 bed rooms are one of the roomiest we have been too. Always a pleasant Hotel for us.

Suppose to be an Overnight stay

Location is perfect, just right outside of the terminal. Due to our flight rescheduled. We arrived 7 am on the day we supposed to check out. Nikko staff was very helpful let us check in had breakfast as well as let us stay till 1pm, much appreciated.

Very convenient for a late flight as it’s connected to airport. The room had view of runway and sea. Lots of food options in airport area. Train station to Osaka 1 min from hotel entrance. Check in and check out very efficient.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. First, at reception, I was given a different room from the one I had booked. I had reserved a non-smoking single room but was shown to a non-smoking twin room. The air conditioner didn't work at all, and the noise from the footsteps and plumbing from the floor above was loud. Furthermore, there were many foreigners talking loudly in the hallway, which was very disruptive. I couldn't sleep at all. While it's true that the room was spacious, very clean, had a great selection of amenities, and the towels were excellent, I believe the most important things are being able to sleep quietly and stay comfortably. I will never stay at this hotel again.
