Everything was good until last day at check out. The hotel lets you store your luggage in their lobby, they have a chain and lock you can loop onto your luggage handle and lock it to a fixed anchor on their shelves. My friend did that, but someone else claimed they had forgotten their code to unlock it so the staff unlocked my friends bagpack and took it. Luckily the man was still in hotel when we returned to pick up our bags and the staff was able to locate him.

Our stay at the Kansai Washington Airport Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for travelers coming in and out of KIX. The staff were warm, efficient, and incredibly helpful, which made check-in smooth and stress-free after a long travel day. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with quick access to the airport, Rinku Town shopping, and nearby dining options. This was the perfect place to rest, recharge, and start our trip with ease. I would absolutely stay here again.

Upon first entering the room, it smelled like a bad body odor. The washroom smelled like dried urine or unclean public toilet that even the train station bathroom smelled better. The room was not aired. The bathroom sink has dark thick dirt buildup...mold? On November 29-30, the room is hot since there was no A/C. I was given a fan and advised to open the window since it is colder outside. The fan given has a dial timer that turns off max 120mins. I wake up many times since I feel hot to turn the fan back on again. Not a good sleep in room 1102. At around 11pm, motor revving can be heard even with window closed at least 2x. There is a trauma hospital beside it so ambulance siren can be heard.

関空から一駅でりんくうタウン駅から徒歩3分。夜は歩いて泉佐野駅周辺の居酒屋を堪能しました。部屋は静かで清潔。朝食もバラエティに富んでとても面白かったです。その上、無料送迎バスで空港まで送って頂いてこれからワシントンホテルに泊まろうと思っています。
