“I arrived late, and the hotel was very accessible from Rinku Station, which made the trip easy. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing a smooth check-in experience. I gave a 4 star because there is really no shuttle to the hotel from KIX. They only have early morning shuttle to the airport. Very deceiving advertisement of property on Expedia. The nice thing about the location of this hotel is the train is right there. As far as the room goes, everything was nice. What bothered me was the noise and the bathroom have a strong smell of mildew when you turn on the shower water.
