"Hotel was lovely, clean and tidy throughout. Efficient check in and room was good size and clean. Shower room was very nice and good powerful hot shower. Had an evening meal which was lovely and waitresses were very fun and professional. Only let down was the breakfast. What was there was good but there was never a full english available at the same time. Either eggs missing, when the eggs arrived the bacon had gone, then the beans. I had a staggered breakfast which each part was nice but would have been nice all together. Had to ask for the pastries which had run out also. They cooked a fresh batch but i think if i hadn't asked there would have been no more. Overall a good Hotel and would still go back."

"First time for us at this modern hotel and it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Liverpool post cruise. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave great local advice. The hotel felt very safe & secure, no one could just wander in. A hotel key card is needed for the doors and elevator. Our room was great, very clean and the bed was so comfortable we slept 12hrs the first night! The room had a mini kitchen, smart tv, huge wardrobe, safe & ironing board. Bathroom was huge but a walk in shower would have been easier for us both. I should have checked. This was a room only basis but there are loads of eateries nearby. Highly recommend The Wreck for breakfast, just 50m away. We would stay at The Resident Liverpool again."
