"Our tv wasnt working in the riim. Had to wait a whole day for someone to fix it. Was then told we were going to be switching rooms by one staff member and then another told us we werent if we fixed the room so we packed up everything for nothing and wasted part of our day at the hotel waiting for them to give us an answer. "

"Staffing is excellent! Every single employee were just so friendly and helpful. Check in cookie was a nice touch. We stayed on the recently renovated 4th floor and the room was excellent. The bed was super comfy as was the pull out bed. Unfortunately the pool was closed so our kids were disappointed about that when we got down there with our swimsuits on. Parking was plentiful. I would suggest using the AC system on continuous run because when it kicks on and off it wakes you. Construction starts pretty early so that was kind of annoying. Our room also didn't have a do no disturb hanger so room service knocked on our door at 9am. Would definitely stay again at this hotel!! "

"My husband found the hot tub to not be hot. In fact when splashes from the pool landed on him, he found that water warmer. Bed, pillows very comfortable. Very clean & well maintained. Staff friendly, polite, and helpful."
