The property itself is nice. The hotels in front of it are empty and run down and you can see homeless people squatting there. No free coffee or breakfast.

Overall place is truly amazing, easily accessible to all the hotspots around disney. Only downside is one specific staff member’s attitude towards customers.. i don’t remember the guy’s name but he worked at front desk on this Thursday evening. He is very rude and disrespectful with customers and easily annoyed with customers.

Staff was pleasant. Upon arrival the hotel didn't have hot water. They let us check in with no hot and it was already known that the hot water was in the process of being fixed. Also, we had called after making the reservation requesting a handicap room with a tub or a fold down chair, which they said the had. The hotel only has two handicap rooms unacceptable, especially when it is located near a college campus. I believe some kind of compensation should be given for the inconvenience. Thanking you in advance.
