Terrible hotel. Our bathroom counter had been smashed and glued back together, bathroom floor had water damage, wifi doesn’t work at all, and the $100 deposit they charge you actually clears your credit card so you have to wait to be refunded, which is not how hotel deposits typically work. Front desk lies and says their wifi is good and it’s your device. Totally overpriced too

I didn’t even stay there as soon as we walked in the room there was a cockroach that was an impregnated cockroach. I asked the manager to cancel my room my reservation and he wouldn’t allow me to do that because I paid through a third-party app. Very disgusting offered me another room, but the fact that you have roaches is absolutely absurd.

The room smell like tobacco. I guess that there was a smoker residing in before me. The bathroom’s exhaust fan was not working. The moisture came into the bedroom. Not good for this property.
