Room had used towels hanging on back of bathroom door when we first checked in. Also had to ask for more towels since there were not enough. Out of hand soap…hand to ask twice before it got refilled. Lastly, had to leave the window open for a bad smell in the room

Love the quality and the quietness I felt safe in my room love free washing and drying my clothes I had one incident and think if they had cameras in certain areas would fixed the problem with clothing going missing and I really didn’t know you would have to clean your room yourself because of short staff my dishwasher leaks while on and stink was not working properly but I would stay again for sure
