"My only complaint about the property was the elevators not working properly. It was about 30 minutes wait for the elevator to get to the floor of the room. This is the only negative experience. My last day I had to go down the elevator with two luggages. Riu needs to find a better way for the elevators to work."

"All was almost perfect but the only bad think was the elevator was a bad experience ..due to almost à fight for that Did not respect the capacity only 8 !!! The rest are excellent the cleanings and comfort of the room are prefect 10+"
