La propiedad no está a la talla de la marca Marriott. Al llegar, encontramos vidrios y suciedad en el piso. La ropa de cama no estaba limpia y el baño siempre estuvo húmedo porque el extractor no funcionaba. Los sellos de silicón que dan a la puerta del balcón estaban botados y con las recientes tormentas, el viento soplaba en forma de silbido muy agudo. Por suerte, este último detalle fue solucionado con rapidez. De los tres elevadores disponibles, uno estuvo fuera de servicio todos los días de mi estadía. Las toallas de playa que ofrecen a los huéspedes son muy pequeñas y por si fuera poco, nos obligaron a consumir $500 pesos de comida seca e insípida para poder usar los camastros. Inaceptable. Para ser un hotel con menos de 5 años de haber sido inaugurado y con el respaldo y prestigio de Marriott, deja mucho que desear.

I stayed here few times before and loved but it’s sad to see how they don’t enforce deep cleaning on room and bathroom floors nor furniture with damages as a one star hotels. Other than that is a nice and convenient place to stay

I loved the view, the staff at the restaurant are very welcoming and helpful. I would rate this place excellent except the room needed a lot of essentials and I had to be constantly reminding the front desk to bring more (towels, pillows, toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) I found that part annoying but the bed was very comfortable.
