My husband and I both went to the front desk to complain about loud music after 1:00 a.m. The front desk clerk said we could move to a different room, for more money, but we would probably still hear the music. Music was coming from the party room in the building next door. Finally we fell asleep after 3:30.

The staff was very helpful and kind, professional. The room was clean and had a beautiful view to the sea. The internet signal was a bit unstable and the remote control for the smart tv did not work. Other than that, my stay was pretty enjoyable. I would return to this place.

Staff are not prepared for English speaking guests. It seemed the staff went out of their way to make us feel unwelcome There was loud construction/drilling in the room next to ours. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper because staff did not provide them when the room was cleaned each day. Sometimes the room was not cleaned until evening.

The hotel is right on the beach and hotel restaurant & bakery makes dining easy Bus stop right in front of the hotel, takes you along the beach all the way to the market downtown. Great option to save on transportation

Palms Resort was beautiful. Pool and service was amazing. Room service and the whole experience was great. Only thing was the shower water pressure for the hot was mediocre and don’t expect a hot shower either. I tried explaining to them but the language barrier was the most difficult thing on our trip. Overall it was a 4.8stars

It has an onsite well known restaurant and a bakery. The pools were big, one with a swim up bar the other was an infinity pool looking over the ocean. Staff was respectful and kept our rooms top notch. I really thought the dehumidifiers in each room was very good choice and the mini fridge. I was content with the two water bottle they provided as courtesy every day.
