"My family ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast because the breakfast was gone. We were not happy with our stay. The hotel was very run down. We specifically looked for a hotel that had a hot tub, and when we arrived the hot tub was out of order and had obviously been out of order for a while. The breakfast was scheduled from 7-10 and by 9:15 all the food was gone except for frozen bagels. We were put in the wrong room type and had to go back to the front desk to get the correct room."

"The beds were very comfortable, the room was very large and perfect for two kids running around, the breakfast was plentiful and stocked well and the pool and hot tub were very nice. It was away from all the hustle and traffic of downtown but close enough we could be wherever we wanted in a short time. We will definitely use again!"

"I had a very frustrating experience during my stay this weekend. I booked a king room with a pull-out sofa so my family and I could comfortably stay in the same room. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that they no longer had that room type available. Their solution was to give us two separate rooms for the price of the one I booked, which at first sounds generous. However, the rooms were nine doors apart, meaning my 16-year-old daughter and friend would have had to stay alone down the hall. That completely defeated the purpose of booking a room with a pull-out sofa so we could stay together. The staff blamed the booking website, saying it allowed the reservation even though they were sold out. However, the hallways were always empty the entire time we were there, which made that explanation questionable. They also placed us in a disability-accessible room, saying it was the last one available. While standing at the desk, I overheard the employee on the phone telling someone they still had a single queen room available, which made the situation even more confusing. While I appreciate the attempt to compensate by offering two rooms for the same price. I did take the offer since it was late but I still ended up paying 2 state taxes and 2 room oppupencies. I felt it was poorly managed, especially since our confirmed reservation had been given away. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I expect when I make a reservation in advance."

"To be honest, the staffs are not accommodating. I asked for a receipt they didn't provide it and told me that I can look that up in the application. And then they charged me more, I had to call and settle it with Hotels.com before the Hotel try to do something about it. Very disappointing."

"The animals allowed in the establishment were very noisy! Not sure we would stay here again! Birds screeching, dogs barking & whining! "
