In the end we slept well …

In the end we slept well, BUT the exterior security door could not be locked, the carpets were very dirty, there was the smell of Lysol in the building and when we opened the door to the room we smelled cigarettes in a no smoking room. The windows were broken and could not be locked. It is located right next to the Interstate but as I said in the beginning, after all this, we did sleep well. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of choices.

The night lady was so rude. Her name is Lisa. I was thinking it was because it was late. Nope. The people the next day were just as rude. The ac was broke, but they didn’t offer to move rooms or fix it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. They didn’t care. Not a good experience in any way.

comfortable, clean, and safe stay.

The rooms were so clean, the towels smelt so fresh and clean. It has been a while since I have stayed at a hotel this clean. The front desk man was very nice and helpful, and i felt safe! also very quiet. the only thing i wish was better was that there were more tv channel options, but im not complaining.
