"The property was perfect for our large group (16) of out-of-town visitors (children and grandchildren) whom we've hosted yearly reunion in the same neighborhood at a different property for the last 5 years. Our family has grown by 2 children in the last year and we needed a bigger home. The lower floor / playroom was a huge hit with the kids as was the jacuzzi which allowed us to stay at home more. The view of the valley and reservoir is unsurpassed adding to the already superstar status of this property. The house is very well supplied for large groups and the second refrigerator was a life-saver. Communication with the owner was excellent through the Vrbo site and text. We highly recommend this property and will certainly be back next year."

"This cabin was absolutely perfect for our very large family! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and the house was clean and in order. Each room having their own bathroom is a game changer! We loved playing pickleball and using the fire pit. We will definitely be coming back!!"

"We arrived to fresh linen in all bedrooms and bathrooms. There is new carpet throughout the home, hot tub ready for use and plenty of room for a large Family gathering. The pool was available and HOA requirements were described accurately. We had wonderful Mountain Views and enjoyed watching a hot air balloon trip from the back porch balcony prior to our departure. My grandchildren really enjoyed the media room and the playroom FULL of games and toys. We will definitely book this property again when visiting Utah."
