Choose a different place to stay

Had to take of the toilet tank to flush toilet. Was told "The toilets are as old as the building, what do you expect!" Mattress was so bad that we ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed. Ran out of breakfast, and did not refill for 45 min.

Carpets were very dingy and looked very dirty in the room to the point I kept shoes on the entire visit. Property is run down and the exterior and interior have seen better years/days. Staff was helpful and the room linens were clean and surface areas were clean as well but it was still not great. It was the GSA rate so had there been other options in the price range I would have opted out of this property.

Only good thing was getting in before 3pm, other then that, as you walk down hallways the carpets are in bad shape creating a tripping hazard, The wall have been hit by the attendants carts with holes every where. The walls in the elevators are chipped off for the same reason. The room smelled of Mildew and the bathroom had been painted and there were paint drops on the floor and the shower wall. above the shower on the ceiling, the paint had peeled away into a big bubble and you can see the black mold under neath it. The windows had no seals in them i could stick my hand through them so I could hear every car that drove by. and at 10 pm until 3am a construction crew was jack hammering away, So i really didn't get a full nights sleep before my 10 hour drive home, but hey I got a waffle and a cheese omlete.

None of the outlets in my room worked. I could not use the overhead light, the microwave or the TV. When I went downstairs for breakfast both days during my stay, there was no food or water. Just biscuits. When I asked the manager for at least a partial refund, they told me I had to work it out with Expedia.

Disgusting animal damage everywhere

Floors/furniture are covered in animal pee stains, smells like urine, walls and carpet damaged from over use and animals. Bathroom has mold around where they’ve re-caulked over and over and over trying to cover it up Grimy everywhere, afraid to put anything on floor and it made me feel dirty just being there

The carpets were dirty, worn out and needed to be stretched since there were several areas that were bunched up. The hot tub was not in working condition. The breakfast was minimum breakfast with a juice machine that did not work. The front desk reception took forever to be at the front to check in. The facility itself was run down and seemed to be a homeless/unhoused hangout. A broken down RV was parked in the back and another car was parked that had another person living out of it.

Great pet-friendly hotel

The hotel staff was super friendly. They were very accommodating and I would definitely stay here again. It's not a high-end hotel, but for a family traveling on a budget with pets, it's perfect! My son had a great time at the pool!

Nice and quiet, lots of areas for persons with dogs. Could use some updating. Only 2 accessible rooms so if you have a wheelchair it is very hard to maneuver around rooms with two beds. And you cannot enter bathroom.
