Kind of ghetto!

Yikes! All carpets are stained and damaged. Poorly maintained overall even though the cleaning staff clearly does a good job.

Room was run down and sketchy. Electrical made me worry about plugging things in. The floors had soft spots that felt like you were going to fall through. Beds were hard. Pillows flat. Towels were no bigger than dish rags. The shower head was so low and you couldnt avoid getting water on the floor when you showered. Hot tub was out of service. Our room didnt get cleaned half the days we were there. Tv had about 12 channels so the kids were super bored. The outside doors were supposed to stay locked and you use your key to get in, but they were always unlocked super unsafe if you ask me. And its kind of a sketchy area of town right off the freeway. I will not be staying here again. Ever. Honestly wish i could get my money back.

The property is older and over priced for its condition. The breakfast was Mid at best. The room was fairly clean but some details we noticed made us question the cleanliness overall. There was sand or something like sand around the edges of the bathroom. A small stain on the corner of the bed sheet. On the floor was a film top off a McDonald's sauce cup stuck to the floor. The room had a peculiar smell when we walked in. Not so over powering you dont get used to it quickly. I would say it smells like cleaner and old musty closet. The staff were s Super friendly staff and I felt safe at the property. I would not stay here again for the price and condition overall.

Front desk guy looked at us like we were dumb when he told us he was “upgrading” our room from a king bedroom to a two queen bed room and we just asked why. Building has ripped carpet and holes in the wall. Our bathroom had the vibe as if I was gonna get murdered in there. Right next to the highway and you can hear the cars driving by. Our thermostat was SUPER touchy it was either too hot or too cold. The tv was glitching the whole time. The pictures are lies the place is so rundown

Room was outdated and smells moldy. Got lucky the room key did not work, so we got to a nicer and cleaner smelling room. Outstanding service from staff at check-in. Breakfast was subpar, no eggs and meat selections.

Our room smelled like cheap cologne trying to cover cigarette smoke. Had my husband not been feeling sick I would've asked to switch rooms. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and when I called down to the front desk they said I would have to come get the bedding. I sent my teenager and she returned with a sheet. So then I went to the lobby and asked for an actual blanket. The attendant seemed annoyed and told me that the blankets were in the laundry. So after following him to the laundry room, he gave me a blanket. We had two identical rooms and neither has bedding for the sofabed and only two towels in the bathroom for a room with two queens and a sofabed. The beds and the room were clean and decently comfortable otherwise.

Very sketchy feeling. Dirty, rundown. Website says hot tub, sign at hotel says it's closed indefinitely. There was a stain on the underside of the blanket, the hall and room smelled of cigarettes (even though it's supposed to be smoke-free). Only 1 of the room keys worked. Carpet is pulling up. Parking not well-lit. Lock your doors.
