My son missed his flight and you accommodated him at no extra charge and put him on the next flight.
I can't say enough about all the Alaska Airlines staff. I am not a frequent flier (prefer road trips) so didn't know what to expect. Everyone was very patient and courteous. Lost my boarding pass for the last leg of our flight (cell phone died prematurely). It took about a minute for the representative to get us printed boarding passes. The first leg of our trip the plane was packed. The flight attendants handled us all with smiles and patience. I couldn't ask for a better flying experience. Thank you.
Gray flight and staff, but seats are too narrow.
Good service and on-time flight.
I just want to add a special thanks to the pilots, who maneuvered some unexpected turbulence with great skill. Thanks, Alaska! I'll be back onboard soon. :-)

For travelers flying from Oakland International Airport (OAK) to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) should prepare for the weather in Seattle in comparison to the weather that you would experience in Oakland.
Seattle is accustomed to a lot of rain, whereas Oakland natives are used to the sunshine and warmth. BART services connect frequently and conveniently with Oakland airport.
Some of the most popular “must-do” attractions include the Space Needle and Pike Place Market but there are a variety of other sights to see during your time in the city. You can visit the Woodland Park Zoo, the Olympic Sculpture Park, or even the Chihuly Garden and Glass.
The Seattle Great Wheel is a fantastic way to get a panoramic view of the entire city and you can visit the Seattle Aquarium to see a variety of different species of aquatic wildlife.
Make sure that you visit a local bar or eatery to see a band and consider camping near Mount Rainier to get a true Seattle experience.
On arrival at SEA, there's no shortage of car rental opportunities, and Link Light Rail services are a good option for those who prefer not to drive into the city.
