Winning not only the series to date over the Texans, the Patriots also have a higher total of points scored in the series. In 2013 and 2017 the Patriots and Texans faced off in the AFC Divisional Playoffs, the Patriots ultimately won both games and in 2017 they went on to win the Super Bowl against the Atlanta Falcons.
