"I loved the fact that there was a fitness center/pool on the property for guests to enjoy. As well as free breakfast. I enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate stations with a assortment of condiments. The staff was very friendly and answered any question had. The view was outstanding and so peaceful and serene. The only issue I had was with their housekeeping services. Now I understand guests had to put in a request at least a day in advance. When I arrived on Friday I put in my request for the remaining days of my trip. Christmas there was only one housekeeper so they said not request any services for Saturday 12/25. I understand it was a holiday but if you're open for business then everything should be available for the guests. So when Sunday came around I hear housekeeping in the hallway so I'm expecting a knock on my door soon. I call downstairs at 1:30 to find out why I didn't get any housekeeping services and they said they'll contact the manager to see what's going on. Now mind you I opened my door to ask one of the ladies what's going on, when will you be available for my room and they just looked at me and said I don't understand English. Like really WTH is this about. So one of the ladies came to my door to give me her phone with a translation app that was open. So I typed my question in and after she looked she shrugged her shoulders and pointed to the other housekeeper that was cleaning another room. They came Mon but not on Tues. I was so upset. SMH "
