Everything about this hotel was amazing until the office manager Racquel called me one hour after we left the hotel saying we didn’t pay for the bill at their lobby restaurant. I tried to tell her we paid for it and i even received notification from my bank for the charge but she refused to listen and was very rude and threatening and demanded us to come back right away to pay for the bill, otherwise she is having the restaurant call the police on us. When i first pickup the phone she didn't even verify if we ate at the restaurant that day which unfortunately we did because she was 1000% sure it was us and wouldn't give me a chance to explain, rushed the call and hangup. I felt really bad after that call and we had to pull over to call back the restaurant and the hotel to prove them it was not us. Sure enough, few moments later the front desk told us that they checked the cam again and said the people look nothing like us. All the staff were nice and felt terrible about what Racquel did to us and apologized for how unprofessional and rude she was. I hope it wouldn’t happen to anyone again, she seriously needs to improve her customer service skills especially as a manager and don’t accuse anyone for such thing until you double triple check the cam. Very disappointed!!!
