I will stay here again. Great location close to everything. Really nice and impeccably clean room. Nice hotel with great staff. The parking is off site. We couldn’t find the open air lot (if there is one) so we just parked at the Wharf St lot on the water and walked the few minute walk to the hotel. The mattress needs replacing in room 305, it was completed caved in in the middle so my husband and I weren’t very comfortable sleeping, trying not to roll into the hole in the middle. But I assume it’s just that bed not any others. As I said I’ll stay there again to give it another go.

Nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Good location for us but this downtown neighbourhood has declined. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Delicious cookies in the room. Small lobby, Unloading zone on busy street. $25/night safe clean underground parking but located across the street.

Underground parking is across the street, but very secure and well lit. The gym is a block away which was a little inconvenient early in the morning and had to deal with inclement weather. The gym itself was quite nice. Otherwise front desk staff were very friendly, helpful. Would stay here again.

This was the worst experience ever. I travel a lot for work and been to Victoria 3 times this year. This was my 4th and only time I chose this place. Never again worst stay, staff was useless and unhelpful. The room was small and oh the standing shower was the worst.
