I had a real nice room but lighting was appalling Fridge and microwave but could see the operation panel as it was so dark in the room Well located for my purpose Breakfast is shown for 7am but was not set up until 7:10 both days I was there Breakfast was frankly a waste of time Cereal / juice / coffee / fruit

They care so much about us , from the Manager to the last employee . Great location 2 minutes walk to DownsView station , many buses in front of the hotel , this was the first time and it will definitely not be last one , we will Back .

We had to push the cable back into the wall in order to use the tv. Our check-out time was 12pm, and we had the do not disturb sign on the door, and maid service knocked at 10:45am. There was a small child running up and down the hall starting at around 8am, which woke us up.

I stayed here for an event in October. I had a discount for the room so didn’t pay full price. The hotel was not great but because I received a discount for the event I would say it was ok for the $ spent. They don’t seem to keep the rooms updated and found numerous broken things (lamps) that were never repaired. The bed was comfortable amd I slept well but I wouldn’t spend alot of money for a room here. Parking was free but not straight forward. I had to move my car as I wasn’t originally parked in the right area.
