Location and service were excellent. Front desk staff were great as were all the employees we talked to. Breakfast was the standard but lots of it and hot. We used the shuttle to and from the airport to catch the UP train 4x, always quick and no issues. Would stay again!

Overall it was fine for a quick stop over before flying. The bed was comfortable and clean. However, the room lacked amenities. No conditioner or qtips. The bath plug didn’t work. I asked for a wine opener but they didn’t have one. And the coffee is terrible. I wouldn’t book again considering the cost. Tania at the front desk was very nice and check in was great. Very easy and she was friendly.
