Breakfast sausage was rubbery, was looking forward to the smoothie as shown in picture but wasn’t any, need another waffle maker as to many people wanted them. Pool needs to be warmer and needs to be redone. Gym equipment needs to be fixed

Rented a vehicle. Had difffinding parking spaces at night. Spaces were tight to fit into. Limited for vegetarians. No honey, no lemon, or lemon juice. Had to change room after first night. Sleeper sofa when opened blocked the pathway to door and bathroom. Awful smell emanates from shower drainage after shower. Floor wet in front of elevators without signage. No coffee in lobby at 6am. Coffee station not routinely stocked with creamer/tea Staff was friendly, especially housekeeping.

Loved the convenience of the shuttle. Place was great. Only issue was that we left all day to come back to our hotel late to find bed not made, garbage cans still full and no fresh towels.
