Our room that we got was not the best. The shower or the bathtub faucet constantly dripped when we walked in there. There was a pile of water all over the floor, and there was a towel hanging on the back of the door. I thought somebody had stayed in the room before us. The bed was still made and stuff. There was rust all over the lamp. There was dirt around the TV stand. We didn’t have a comforter so we froze the first night because we got there late ended up having to ask for a comforter and they asked me four times if I had one, and I kept telling them no It’s not the worst place we’ve stayed at, but it’s definitely not the best if we had her kids with us I probably would’ve got a different hotel but it was just my husband and I so we just stayed. The beds were soft though that was a plus it’s really close to the beach. The breakfast is literally a waffle juice, a croissant or bread and that’s it and every time I went in there the waffle maker or the waffle mix wouldn’t come out and then they gave me rags, but it was like cut up towels. We’re all frayed.

Green pool strong chlorine smell… WATCH OUT BED BUGS IN RM 206 and 207!!!! Mold on pillows ! Sad they don’t care ! Disappointing even a $15 parking charge 😑are you kidding me. Lost sleep not only to yelling in the room down stair and people out in there car but the bed bugs were the worse. For price you would think it would be better. Franchise ruin the name of good business because they don’t keep up and pay attention

Disappointing for the price. Sheets and blankets were dirty and scuffed. Mold on the LAMP SHADES! There were no mattress protectors either with somebody’s hair all over the mattress.

An older hotel, but well maintained. TV didnt work so called the front desk and someone was there within 5 minutes to fix it. Then discovered no towels or wash cloths in the room, called again and went to the front desk after waiting an hour. Other than that, great beach access and close enough for a walk to the pier.

Front desk staff seemed inconvenienced. Cleaning staff polite. For the condition of the outside and the ceiling (mold) the room and bedding was clean enough. Questionable people would come and get asked to leave. Need an uplift to outside to not welcome unwanted visitors

When we arrived there was about 20 people in the lobby. Some were yelling and complaining about different things. The site we booked on did not mention the $15 parking fee for the hotel. We should have left then. While the room was ocean view, we did not expect to climb steep stairs, some were loose, to the third floor. Trash cans were overflowing on the property. While our key card worked, several people were having to go up and down the stairs to the office to get new key cards, more than once. The room was subpar. The TV did not work. We did not eat the breakfast the next morning, unsure of how that went. Once we checked out, we drove down the road and stayed at another hotel for the rest of the vacation.

Toast and ceral ok amd you can make your waffles coffe and water and orange juice, apple juice. Nothing else..could use more for breakfast...plus when i checked in they wanted to charge me for parking wth!!!!!! Thats not cool, pool was dirty amd wasnt able to use it at all thumbs down 👎👎

This hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Ceiling paint is coming off, mold on the ceiling, lamps are old and decor is horrible!!!
