When he asked the receptionist where to get one, she said the pool was closed for renovations. But it wasn't. We asked for our room to be cleaned and the housekeeper too all of our dirty linen and left ONE towel. That's it. For two people. And no wash cloths or hand towels. The place was noisy with people hanging around at all times of the day and night and on the second night, the hallway reeked of marijuana. Then, as if that wasn't enough, there was a fire alarm at 4 am in the morning which forced us to evacuate. We stayed here years ago and it was great. This experience was terrible. Never again."

"This place was fabulous. The women who checked us in were great. They had to wait for the reservation to come through and worked very hard to do so. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bar staff was terrific, also. We will stay here again when we’re in the area."
