"The team was friendly and helpful. The team said the rooms would be ready at 3 and were finally ready by 3:30 pm. We pulled in and the weather was warm, however, they had not switched over the rooms. We had to ask the front desk to turn on the air. This could have been done in advance and overseen by housekeeping. The rooms are nice and nicely appointed. Long walk to higher number rooms."

"I have stayed in this hotel three times now. The first stay was beyond excellent, the second not so much. But this third time was pretty good once I'd managed to check in (they weren't having an early check-in, beyond giving me an accessible room which I didn't need or something in the basement), but I was pretty happy with where they finally put me as it was very quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the free drink. If I run London next year then I will probably want to return for a fourth time."
