The rooms were dirty & dated. Dirt on the bathroom walls, shower unclean & broken window. Toiletries old & watery. Unclean even after an upgrade we had problems with our room with dirty stained bed sheets.

Pool was busy, a bit colder than expected and there were only 8 loungers so didn’t get to sit by the pool as hoped and had to just put stuff on hooks instead. Sauna and steam room nice. Hotel itself fine.

Hotel was good, but it was strange that children could not use any spa facilities like the hot tub, saunas etc..We chose the hotel because of the pool and spa, but were not informed in advance about the restrictions for kids.

Good stay but a bit more attention to detail neede

The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Bathroom was spacious but a little tired in places. Disappointed the view wasnt quite as good as website advertises, as thats one of the reasons we picked it. Walls very thin as could hear noisy neighbours early morning. Door frames, switches all a little dusty in the room and in the corridors. Otherwise would have given it an excellent. Staff very pleasent and efficient though, couldnt fault them.

The only con for this property would have to be that there was no accommodation for coming in even 30 minutes early. They will not let you check in early. This property is very walkable to many attractions. Very good restaurant across the street. The room was very clean very spacious.

I was very pleased with our stay. It was comfortable, convenient and affordable. Having two queen beds in our room, rather than doubles, was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and did not find it difficult to work with the family/adult hours.
