This property is beautiful. The service is absolutely 5 star. We were slightly disappointed when the kids pool hours were very limited, and we had to plan our days around the hours that our kids could enjoy the amenities. We also had a room where the air conditioning stopped working. They sent a technician right away, and although they were able to temporarily fix the problem, our room became warm again and the air con stopped working for the last 2 days of our trip.

The second time at the Pan Pacific London was even better than the first time. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer a tube of Duptique hand cream anymore but other than that everything was excellent! We will be back when in London!!
